Returns & Refunds Policy 💪✨

At DO1M0RE, our mission is to keep you moving with confidence. If your new gym wear isn’t the perfect fit, don’t sweat it—we’ve got your back.

Returns 🛍️

  • You have 30 days from delivery to send your item back.

  • To qualify, your gear must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Free from odors & wear and tear.
    • Tags attached and still in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments & socks are unable to be returned (unless faulty).

  • DO1MORE does not accept liability on returns which are damaged or lost during transit. We highly recommend opting for tracked shipping when posting returns back to us.

Exchanges 🔄

  • We offer Free exchanges - Need a different size or colour? We’ll happily swap it out (if stock allows). 

  • If the item you want isn’t available, we can sort you out with a refund or store credit.

Refunds 💳

  • Once your return lands back with us, we’ll inspect it and confirm via email.

  • Approved refunds will head back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake).

Faulty or Incorrect Items 🚨

  • If something’s not right—wrong item, faulty product, or damage on arrival—email us at sales@do1more.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted with a replacement or refund ASAP.

How to Return 📦

  1. Email us at sales@do1more.com.au with your order number + reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with the return address and simple steps.

  3. Send it back (we recommend a trackable service so you can follow its journey).

Store Credit 🎁

  • Prefer to keep the energy flowing? We can issue store credit instead of a refund.

  • Credits never expire and can be used whenever you’re ready for your next piece.
