Returns 🛍️

You have 30 days from delivery to send your item back.

To qualify, your gear must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Free from odors & wear and tear.

Tags attached and still in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, undergarments & socks are unable to be returned (unless faulty).
- DO1MORE does not accept liability on returns which are damaged or lost during transit. We highly recommend opting for tracked shipping when posting returns back to us.
Exchanges 🔄

We offer Free exchanges - Need a different size or colour? We’ll happily swap it out (if stock allows).

If the item you want isn’t available, we can sort you out with a refund or store credit.
Refunds 💳

Once your return lands back with us, we’ll inspect it and confirm via email.

Approved refunds will head back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake).
Faulty or Incorrect Items 🚨

If something’s not right—wrong item, faulty product, or damage on arrival—email us at sales@do1more.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted with a replacement or refund ASAP.
