TRAIN FOR THE BODY YOU'LL LIVE IN AT 70

Strong for Life is about more than activewear.

It's about building strength, confidence, resilience, and health for every season of life.

It's about showing up for yourself today so you can enjoy the life you want tomorrow.

At Do1More, we believe strength has no age limit and no finish line.

We train because we want to become stronger, healthier, and more capable than we were yesterday.

WHY WE CREATED STRONG FOR LIFE

Most activewear campaigns focus on aesthetics.

We wanted to focus on something bigger.

Strength.

Strong for Life was created for women who train for more than just how they look.

For confidence.

For resilience.

For longevity.

For the version of themselves they're still becoming.

Because the goal isn't just to look strong.

It's to be strong for life.

Watch the story behind the collection.

MEET THE WOMEN OF STRONG FOR LIFE

NAT

To Nat, "Strong for life means to always look after yourself. Self Care. Whether that's gym, nutrition, hydration, and just being kind to yourself."

Nat reminds us that strength has no age limit. Strong for Life isn't about chasing a finish line - it's about continuing to show up for yourself, year after year.

CHYNNA

Chynna believes that "strength can come in so many different forms. Physical strength. Mental strength. Emotional strength. Having the strength to keep going regardless of what happens."

Chynna highlights that strength isn't always measured by what happens in the gym. Sometimes it's measured by your ability to keep going when life gets difficult.

SAM

Sam's biggest accomplishment is "raising my daughter and being a fit and healthy mum."

Sam's I'm proud of myself moment' lately is "continuing to show up for myself no matter what."

Sam reinforces that putting our own oxygen mask on first is not selfish, but a necessity, so we can be our best self for the benefit of our loved ones.

CHLOE

For Chloe, one of the biggest changes has been learning to do things even when she doesn't feel like it.

Not because she's always motivated. Because she's building a habit.

Chloe believes Strong for Life means "getting to the next chapter in life, knowing that you when you get older you might be a little bit better off."

WHAT STRONG FOR LIFE MEANS

Strength changes more than your body.

It changes how you show up.

How you handle challenges.

How you back yourself.

Strong for Life isn't about being perfect.

It's about continuing to show up for yourself, again and again.
